Work shaped by
real-world complexity
I focus on structure, clarity, and
decision-making.
I design products that need to work in the real world, not ideal conditions. In complex systems, the problem is rarely the interface; it is how information flows, how decisions are made, and how people work around the system.
My approach is to understand how things actually operate across roles, environments, and constraints, then structure the product around that reality. The goal is not to add more features, but to remove friction, so users, teams, and businesses can move with more clarity, speed, and confidence.
When the system becomes clear, the interface becomes simple.
01
Understand the system
I don't start with the interface. Map how information flows, where decisions happen, where things break.
02
Design for real behavior
Build around how people actually work, not ideal flows. Account for constraints, context, time pressure.
03
Structure before visuals
Define hierarchy, relationships, and logic first. Clarity in structure makes UI decisions straightforward.
04
Reduce friction
The goal is not more features, but less friction. Remove what slows people down and focus on what helps them act.
I conduct design sessions and mentor students, focusing on how to approach problems, not just design screens.
Delivered sessions as a VIT alumni on Industry Trends in UI/UX and conducted a hands-on workshop on UI & UX Design on Figma at Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts and Science.
Beyond formal sessions, I actively mentor freshers and team members, helping them build structure, clarity, and confidence in their design thinking.
